✨Tea Ceremony and Soundbath Meditation✨

🍃Tea ceremony is a meditative ritual that invites us into the present moment through our sensory experience. As we gather in community, your guide Courtnay will share rare wild teas that will take us into a space of deep meditative clarity. The ceremony will include a sound bath with antique Tibetan singing bowls, gong, percussion, and mantra. We will conclude with a guided compassion meditation to promote heart-opening and healing for all beings.

About Courtnay: Courtnay is a tea ceremony and sound bath facilitator as well as a RYT500 certified yoga instructor. She has visited tea cultivators across the globe and is an accredited member of the Urasenke Tea Association, Kyoto. She teaches at Awareness Center Yoga in Pasadena every Thursday at 9am as well as hosting tea ceremonies and meditation practices.
