Join us on the mat for a free Breathwork & Soundbath session with Archetype Yoga on the lawn of Playhouse Village Park, a tranquil outdoor experience that combines deep, intentional breathing paired with immersive sound healing. Bring a mat and prepare to journey inward. Don't have a mat? A limited number of mats are available for loan.
