is a remarkable healing experience through
sound, vibration and Reiki healing energy.
Attendees will receive Reiki energy healing
as Lupita places hands above attendees as
she circulates throughout the room. Lupita,
will lead a mindful heart Chakra meditation
followed by an immersive sound bath led by
Tonia.
✨What is Reiki?
Deriving from the Japanese words rei
meaning “universal” and ki, referring to the
vital life force energy that flows through all
living things, it was developed in the 1900's
by Mikao Usui. Reiki is an energy healing
technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety by improving the flow and balance of energy to support healing. It is now used all over the world, including hospitals and hospices, to complement other forms of health treatments.
