Our day will include Guided Deep Forest-bathing (Shinrin Yoku), Meditation, All-Levels Physical Yoga and Breathwork, Group Reiki Energy Healing, Meditative Painting with Soundbath, Somatic Dance (Soul Movement), Reflection, Conversation and Deliciously Nourishing Plant-based Lunch.
