✨ Enlightened Littles – A Magical Journey of Mindfulness & Creativity! ✨
Join us on Saturday mornings in May for a fun and heart-centered series designed to help little ones (ages 4-7) explore mindfulness, sound healing, and creativity—all through the magic of Disney-inspired themes!
Each week, children will embark on a playful adventure, using drums, rattles, meditation, mindful breathing, and creative expression to connect with their emotions, build confidence, and embrace their inner magic.
✨ Plus! A special closing circle with take-home mindfulness tools to continue the journey at home!
