August's Sound Bath and Group Healing invites you to come and settle into absolute presence. Join us for not only a grounding round of Frequency and Bowl Resting Therapy, but optional Reiki Treatment and a deeply healing meditation session that will send you home with the self-healing tools that will bring about presence in your daily life when used regularly.

Join us for a deeply nourishing Sound Bath & Guided Meditation designed to open and reset the heart, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect—with yourself and the planet's natural cycles and gifts.

 Immersive Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls

Gentle guided meditation

Energy healing to support the clearing of the body's layers and chakra centers (optional)

 Binaural balancing during meditation time (optional)

 Exchange: $20, $25, and $35 tickets are available on a pay-what-you-want sliding scale

*Please arrive promptly at 2:30. Doors will be locked at 2:30 PM to begin treatment.

 What to Bring: Yoga mat and eye cover if you choose. Some mats, blankets, and pillows will be available.

Space is limited. Advance registration recommended.
