The season is changing… and we are changing with it.

Spring gently coaxes us out of winter’s inward hush and into movement again. The air softens. The light stretches longer. The senses reawaken. We begin to feel life humming just beneath the surface.

The Spring Equinox marks the beginning of the astrological new year, a rare and sacred moment when day and night stand in perfect balance. Light and dark meet in harmony.

This year, we gather in the spirit of harmony within ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.

Spring invites us to rebalance, to renew.

To recalibrate our nervous systems to beauty, breath, rhythm, and play.

This is a silent disco, yoga and guided movement journey offered on Baker Beach at golden hour.

The class will begin with an earth altar welcome intention setting, where you are welcome to bring flowers or something from nature to contribute to the earth altar and show our gratitude for mother earth.

We'll move into breathwork, yoga ignite the mind-body connection, and evolve into a dance experience like no other.

This is not just a yoga or dance event; it's a journey into wholeness, self-connection and self-expression; a renewal of the soul in Spring.

Whether you're an experienced yogi and dancer or someone simply looking to let loose and unwind, we welcome you.

About your teacher, Julie:

I started Outdoor Yoga in 2016 with a desire to spend more time soaking in the beauty of nature, practicing healing movement, and gathering in community. My beach classes move at a slow, steady, and rhythmic pace. It’s breath focused, heart-centered, and joyful movement to stretch, strengthen and connect to our body temple. I love teaching alignment, in a liberating way - so you can learn in each class, and feel free to move uniquely as you. Join us in one of my favorite places on earth..

About Magalí Clazon:

I believe in the transformative power of music, which led me to study how to craft musical sets that support transformation processes in nature. My background in somatic practices, combined with a deep understanding of the nervous system, allows me to create musical waves that guide participants through embodied experiences. Through movement and music, I hold space for individuals to connect with the vibrations that need to be expressed, offering a path to healing, growth, and deeper connection with their true selves.
