No experience necessary. Just come as you are.

To make the most of your experience, please bring:

• Pillows
• Blankets
• Eye masks
• Fluffy or cozy socks
• Anything else that helps you create a comfortable rest nest

• A calming, grounding sound bowl journey
• A quiet, supportive space for rest and release
• A gentle reset to help you move through the rest of the week with ease

• Doors close promptly at start time
• Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in
