Winter invites rest, reflection, and restoration. These sessions support slowing down and replenishing your energy during the quieter season.Join me for a month of deeply restorative sound bath meditations designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic recalibration.
Each session uses crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments to create a full-body listening experience that gently guides you out of stress and into a state of calm presence.
This is a space to pause.
To breathe.
To let your system reset.
🌿 Benefits of Sound Bath Meditation
Many participants experience:

• Emotional release and grounding
• Nervous system regulation
• A sense of renewal and balance
No meditation experience needed. Simply come as you are.
🕯 What to Expect
• You’ll rest comfortably for the duration of the session
• The sounds work on both body and energy field
• You may drift, meditate, or deeply relax
• Every experience is unique — there’s no “right” way to receive
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

Sound baths this month are offered on:
• 1st Saturday morning - 9am
• Tuesday mornings - 10am
• Tuesday evenings - 6pm

• Ticket required to attend
• Pre-registration strongly recommended (space is limited)
• Drop-ins welcome only if space allows & if there are ticket sales.

Monthly Subscription - Ideal for those who want a consistent self-care rhythm. Includes 2 sound baths per month. Non-transferable.
4-Session Pass - Flexible and shareable — use anytime, bring a friend, or attend with a group.
Passes must be redeemed through the booking system.
⏰ Arrival Protocol
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled
• Doors close at start time to preserve the experience
• Late arrivals may not be admitted

🧘 What to Bring
• Yoga mat or padded surface
• Blanket and/or pillow
• Eye covering (optional)
• Water bottle
• Dress comfortably — layers encouraged.
🪑 Comfort & Seating Options
You are welcome to rest in whatever way feels most supportive for your body.
• Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are encouraged
• Zero-gravity or reclining chairs are welcome if lying on the floor is not comfortable for you
• Chairs must be quiet to adjust and able to remain stable throughout the session
Your comfort matters. Choose the option that allows you to relax most fully.

Facilitated by Sarah Domin, founder of Four Directions Alchemy, with decades of experience in meditation, sound healing, and ceremonial space holding.
Each session is guided with presence, care, and respect for individual experience.
