You have two convenient opportunities to join us on Wednesdays: choose the rejuvenating morning session from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or the balancing evening session from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The cost per session is $15 for LACA members or $25 for non-members.
