What to Bring - Prepare a cozy, supportive “nest” with any of the following:
• yoga mat
• blankets
• pillows
• bolster
• warm socks
• eye mask
If lying on the floor isn’t comfortable, bring a collapsible comfort chair (gravity-style chairs are perfect).
There is no such thing as too much—set yourself up to be held, supported, and warm for the entire journey.

• Even in spring and early summer, you may get cold—bring a warm blanket.
• Tickets are required (via the event link, website, by phone, or by stopping into the shop).
• Drop-ins are welcome at your own risk, but if there are no ticket sales, the event will not be held.
