Slow down and reconnect with a grounding Gentle Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, increase mobility, and support your mental and emotional well-being. Yin Yoga uses simple, floor-based shapes held for several minutes to gently stretch fascia, open the body, and calm the nervous system.
This class is perfect for beginners, returning practitioners, athletes, anyone experiencing stress or burnout, and anyone who wants a soft, supportive space to unwind. With bolsters, blocks, blankets, and a trauma-informed approach, you’ll be encouraged to explore variations that feel right for your body.
This class is ideal for:
• Deep stretching + increasing flexibility
• Releasing tension in hips, back, and shoulders
• Stress + anxiety relief
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional relaxation + grounding
• Beginners seeking a gentle, accessible practice
• Anyone needing stillness, rest, and slow movement
What to Expect:
• Mostly seated + reclined Yin shapes
• Long, supported holds (3–5 minutes)
• Bolsters, blocks, blankets for full comfort
• Slow pace, quiet stillness, grounding energy
• Optional breathwork for relaxation
• Trauma-informed guidance
• Closing rest + integration
All levels and all bodies are welcome.
We provide all props, but feel free to bring your own for comfort.
