✨Ready to live an extraordinary and healthy life beyond limiting habits? Come join us for a day of information and application with movement, workshops, sound baths, discussion and fasting.

Workshops can also be taken independently without participation in the full day program.

9:00am- 10:00 am- Qigong (separation registration)

11:00 am - 12:30 pm - How to Embody Quantum Reality

1:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Science and Spirituality of Fasting

4:00 pm - Ending fast (food provided)

In addition to the above scheduled activities, there will be sound baths, group discussion and journaling

Cost of the day with all actvities excluding qigong $50
