This dinner show will transport you to the charm and glamor of Old Vegas without ever leaving Pasadena. Listen as Douglas unleashes his powerful voice and serenades you with timeless classics from the Great American Songbook and a few surprises. 2-Course Dinner Menu

Starter

• Caesar Salad: crisp romaine, homemade classic caesar dressing, shaved parmesan cheese, and croutons

Entrées

(select one)

• Rosemary Chicken: breaded chicken breast with a mustard sauce, served with gratin potatoes and spinach
• Grilled Salmon: fresh Atlantic grilled salmon, topped with an orange citrus sauce and served with chile pasilla, creamy potatoes, and broccolini
• Beef Brisket: dry spice-rubbed beef brisket, smoked for up to 12 hours. Served with mashed potatoes and sweet buttered corn
• Taco Vegan Delight: 2 jackfruit tacos with cilantro, onions, avocado and cucumber salsa, and 2 butternut squash tacos with red cabbage, black beans and slaw. Served with guacamole salsa
