Coffee Mornings – Parent Talks are created to support child development by supporting parents first. When parents have space to reflect, share experiences, and gain insight, they are better able to nurture their children’s emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
These relaxed, informal meet-ups encourage open conversations about parenting, child development, and everyday family life—free from judgement or unrealistic expectations.
The sessions are led by Valentina Secara—mother of three, psychologist, coach, and founder of ACORNS Nursery, First 7 - Centru pentru educație timpurie and Stejărel —these sessions combine professional insight with real-life parenting experience.

Children grow best when the adults guiding them feel supported, confident, and emotionally balanced. Parenting is a journey filled with questions, challenges, and constant decision-making—and no parent should feel they have to navigate it alone.
