Blending art and psychotherapy to foster creativity, relaxation, and emotional awareness, ‘The Art of Allowing’ workshop is part of a series of workshops focused on creativity for well-being.

Each workshop consists of two parts:
Part I – Led by Anca Danila, Visual Artist.
This part offers a hands-on art experience designed to inspire creativity and relaxation, enhancing overall well-being. Drawing inspiration from modern and contemporary art, as well as the works of selected artists, participants will explore various mediums and techniques, including acrylic painting, drawing, monoprinting, and more. Each workshop introduces different mediums and techniques, offering a diverse creative experience.
Part II – Led by Constantin Tui, Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
This part combines discussion-based activities with hands-on art experiences, focusing on “allowing” – accepting and understanding emotions without judgment. Techniques such as Ebru Art, Neurographica, clay sculpting (Family Constellation), and other techniques connected with family systemiques, will serve as entry points into the journey of self-discovery and healing. These methods help participants identify their behavioural patterns and beliefs, fostering healthier relationships and personal growth.
