In this workshop we'll teach some basic anatomy so you learn how to correct head, neck and shoulder placement using a variety of props.You can enjoy some gentle myofascial release work, followed by mat based movements for mobility and finishing with resistance and strength work to build a better balance of strength and mobility in the shoulders.
