About this Event

This Valentine’s season, we’re shifting the focus inward!

Love HER Loud is a movement-led, self-love experience designed to help women reconnect with themselves and their bodies, rewrite limiting their beliefs, and celebrate themselves for being HER — unapologetically and out loud.

Led by “Sweat in Heels” instructors Holta & Stephany, this evening blends empowering beginner-friendly heels choreography, nervous-system regulation, and an intentional affirmation ritual that invites you to release old narratives and choose a new truth.

This is not about perfection. It’s about presence.. confidence... and taking up space — together.

Who are the Instructors?

Holta Tegu is a former High School Principal and passionate educator of 15 years who founded two mission-driven companies - SustainED Cnsulting and Sweat & Heal. Having experienced firsthand the negative impact the work had on her own mental health and that of countless others (i.e. doing good work, but at the expense of oneself), she founded "Sweat & Heal" - a wellness space dedicated to empowering busy women to move, nourish and & heal with ease - making wellness accessible, sustainable and so much fun!

Holta's a NASM certified personal trainer, an integrative nutrition health coach and a behavior change specialist who provides both virtual and in-person programming for her community. Virtually, sweat & heal members have access to 650+ workouts, real-time and past challenges (core, full body and legs & glutes), LIVE dance fitness classes, daily nutrition tips and so much more!

Given her background and continued work in education, experiencing firsthand the impact it could have on one's overall health and considering the number of educators leaving the field entirely, she hopes to bridge the gap between her two worlds by targeting educator retention and working to answer the question, "how do we avoid burnout and sustain the good work we're doing?"

Stephany Lynn, a proud Afro-Latina from Woodbine, New Jersey, has been a passionate dancer for over a decade. From an early age, it was clear she was born to perform. After graduating from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, she pursued her love for dance professionally, earning spots with the Philadelphia KIXX and becoming a Sixers Dancer Finalist. Her talent has landed her in commercials, a Netflix comedy special, the EPIX channel, and performances on Fox 29. She has also shared the stage with artists like Freestyle Diva Shannon, Jay Sean, and T-Pain, and appeared in Remy Ma’s “Company” music video featuring A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie.

Beyond dance, Stephany Lynn is deeply committed to giving back. She dedicates her time to volunteering with the homeless community and mentoring today’s youth, using her platform to uplift and inspire. She is the founder of Get Steph’isticated, a women’s empowerment workshop focused on self-care, confidence, and personal growth. She also leads Steph’isticated in Heels, a dance experience designed to help women embrace self-love through movement. Her mission is to encourage women to prioritize their self-care journey, tap into their femininity, and build unshakable confidence—both on and off the dance floor.

What to expect of the heels dance experience:

Get Steph’isticated is a heels dance experience designed to awaken your confidence, ignite your sensuality, and help you move with power and grace. Under the guidance of dancer & instructor Stephany Lynn, you’ll tap into your feminine energy, refine your movement, and embrace your most fearless self.

The class begins with a dynamic warm-up focused on balance, control, and posture—ensuring you feel strong and steady in your heels. From there, you’ll dive into choreography that blends fluidity with bold, expressive movements, including hair whips and floor work. Every step is crafted to help you radiate confidence and own your presence.

By the end of the session, you'll leave feeling empowered, energized, and completely in tune with your body.

What to bring:

  • Knee Pads: Recommended for floor work but not required.
  • Hydration: Stay refreshed and ready to move.
