'Journey to the Heart Exclusive' is a deeply relaxing drum soundbath.
A Premium event for a maximum of only 6 people, located in Gandy Street, in the heart of Exeter City Centre, only a few minutes walk from Exeter Central train station.
No hard floors to lie on. Comfortable couches, pillow, eye pillow and bolster are provided for your comfort.
This is particularly suitable for anyone who experiences discomfort lying on the floor, or simply for anyone who appreciates comfort for a greater experience of letting go and sinking in.
This is an immersive sensory experience of sound, vibration, breath and nurturing touch, led by the drum for a beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow into deep relaxation.
Please note there are a few flights of stairs to the venue and may be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Please check before booking 07483 826823.
