🌿 Reiki Level 1 – A Grounded Beginning 🌿This isn’t just a course — it’s a sacred next step in remembering who you are.
A gentle, powerful introduction to Reiki held over two nourishing days in Exmouth.
✨ You’ll receive:
• A 1:1 Reiki attunement
• Reiki Exchange
• Teachings on the history and foundations of Reiki
• A understanding of the chakra system
• Practices for self-healing and daily energy care
• An introduction to working with others (friends & family only at this stage)
• A Level 1 Reiki certificate and manual
🌱 You’ll also be held in:
• A safe, loving space to begin or deepen your healing
• Invitations to Monthly Reiki shares to connect and grow
• Continued support on your journey
• A lunch on both days
