Prerequisites:
1. Dietary: Please refrain from eating anything 2 hours prior to the event except water.
2. Attire: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for comfortable sitting.
3. Silence: Maintain complete silence throughout the meditation session to create a serene environment conducive to deep introspection.
4. Electronics: Please deposit all silenced mobile phones and electronic devices at the designated area upon arrival.
