ELIGIBILITY for Photography Exhibition
• Open to all present SSAC students.
• Theme: Open
• Submission Limit: Each participant can submit a maximum of 10
photographs, in both color and black & white. Both Mobile & DSLR photographs are welcome and will be considered
as a "Single Entry."
Each participants will get e-certificate for the participation.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Editing & Compositing:
• HDR, digital photo composite, photo montage are allowed.
• For digital composites or montages, all photos used must by taken by the participant.
2. Photo renaming format:
• Each photo must be renamed following this format:
Caption_participant's name_ School ID no_Number
Example: (Darkness_Aditya Bhowmik_202060049)
3. Resolution requirements:
• Photos must be in jpeg Or jpg format with a minimum
4. Watermarks and borders:
• No watermarks, borders or logos are allowed.
5. Copyright compliance:
• Photographs including sculptures, statues, paintings or other works of art will be accepted only if they do not constitute copyright infringement.

Only selected participants are required to complete the registration process for the exhibition after the official selection list is published.

The Photo Olympiad is an exciting challenge for photography enthusiasts to test their knowledge and understanding of photography concepts. This quiz-based competition will cover a wide range of topics related to photography, including technical aspects, historical milestones, iconic photographers, and famous works. Whether you're a seasoned photographer or a passionate learner, this is your chance to showcase your expertise and compete with others in a battle of knowledge!
Sample Topics: Camera functions (aperture, shutter speed, ISO,,,), Photography techniques (composition, rule of thirds, depth of field) and History of photography.
This is an individual (solo) event.
Category: Open for All. No institutional or age barrier in the formation of teams.

EVENT GUIDELINES
Format: Quiz (Multiple Choice Questions, True/False, Visual Identification)
Each correct answer will earn points; incorrect answers will not deduct points.
The participant with the highest score at the end of the quiz will be declared the winner.
ID Requirement: All participants must bring their institution ID card.
Each participants will get e-certificate for the participation.
Authority Decisions: Participants are required to adhere to any decisions made by the SSAPC authority during the competition.
Arrival Time: Participants must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any form of cheating or disruptive may lead to expel.
