התרגול מתמקד בנוכחות, התבוננות ושחרור.
בהנחייתו המסורה של אדי זאידמן.
היופי בזן הוא הפשטות ושהכל אחד,
אין הפרדה בין הפנים והחוץ.
אין נכון או לא נכון.
שלבי המדיטציה:
20 דקות - ישיבה שקטה
20 דקות - הליכה איטית מודעת
10 דקות - טקס תה
10 דקות - ישיבה שקטה לסיום התרגול
20:00 התכנסות וחיבוקים (יש פינת תה/קפה)
20:30 הסבר על התרגול
21:15 תחילת תרגול
22:15 מעגל סגירה עם שיתופים ושאלות
22:30 לילה טוב
ההשתתפות חינם
נשמח לדאנה מהלב ~ דאנה מומלצת 30-50 ₪.

קצת על המנחה:
אדי זאידמן הינו מוזיקאי, מנחה, מורה ומחזיק מרחבים. מנהל את השבט מעל 4 שנים. הולך וחוקר את דרך הרוח כ-7 שנים. מנחה מדיטציות אקטיביות של אושו (קונדליני קבוע בימי שני בשבט) ומורה ליוגה.
קצת על השבט:
הבית השני שלנו בלב ת"א,
מוסך ללב והנשמה.
מקום להיות אנחנו, לקבל ריפוי, חיבוק
ואהבה.
השבט מוחזק על ידי מתנדבים שאמונתם היא הרמוניה בני-היצורים החיים לסביבה ולטבע.

For a wonderful practice of Zen meditation.
The practice focuses on presence, observation and release.
Under the dedicated guidance of Eddie Zeidman.
The beauty of Zen is its simplicity and that everyone,
There is no separation between inside and outside.
There is no right or wrong.
The stages of meditation:
20 minutes - quiet sitting
20 minutes - conscious slow walking
10 minute - tea ceremony
10 minutes - quiet sitting to end the practice
Participation is free
We would be happy if you will donate ~ Recommended is NIS 30-50.

A little about the instructor:
Eddie Zeidman is a musician, facilitator, teacher and the manager of the space for over 4 years. Walking and exploring the spiritual path for about 7 years. Facilitates active Osho meditations (Kundalini on Mondays in the Shevet) and also yoga teacher.
