בואו לתרגל יחד יוגה קהילתית בשבט.
האטה יוגה, פשוטה וקלה להבנה שמתאימה לכל הרמות.
יוגה בשילוב נשימה מעגלית- כלי שדרכו אנחנו ממלאים את הגוף בהרבה יותר אוויר מהרגיל, מתחברים פנימה ופורקים רגשות ומתחים דחוסים מתוך בגוף.
תרגול של הקשבה עמוקה לגוף, כך שלא חייב לעשות שום דבר שלא מרגיש לנו נכון , אפשר גם רק להגיע ולנוח, אם זה מה שהגוף מבקש.
אין צורך בניסיון קודם ביוגה או בנשימה מעגלית.
תביאו רק בגדים נוחים, כל שאר הציוד נמצא פה.
בואו להוריד הילוך, להתחבר פנימה ולהתפנק על
הגוף שלכן\ם ביחד.
התרגול קורה בשבט:
בית רוחני בתל אביב , מקום שקט ובטוח, לנוח בעיר הגדולה. מקום לחיבור, צמיחה, חקירה וריפוי.
התשלום בדאנה (תרומה לפי רצון ויכולת):
דאנה מומלצת : 30-50 שקלים.

Come and practice yoga with us in our community!
Easy, gentle Hatta yoga for all levels.
The practice is combined with circular breathing. Through this breathing technique we are able to fill our body with more air than usual, activate our body and connect deeply with what is happening inside.
We practice listening to our body so we only do what feels right. If our body is asking for rest we are welcome to rest.
No need for any experience, come as you are.
No need to bring anything besides your self and comfortable clothes.
The practice happens in the tribe:
A spiritual home in Tel Aviv, a quiet and safe place to rest in the big city. A place for connection, growth, exploration and healing.
The recommended contribution for this practice: 30-50 shekels.
If you are not able to pay this much, all is well you can find another way to contribute to our community.
