See English below Նոյեմբերի 4-ին, ժամը 17։00-ին Հայաստանի գեղարվեստի պետական ակադեմիայի Բոյաջյան ցուցասրահում տեղի կունենա Ցոլակ Թոփչյանի «Անկայուն կյանքի գրաֆիկան» ցուցահանդեսի բացումը, որը կգործի մինչև նոյեմբերի 28-ը։ Սրանով Բոյաջյան ցուցասրահը սկսում է իր «Ակադեմիայի շրջանավարտները» շարքը։
Ցուցահանդեսը կազմակերպվել է Ադամյան Հովսեփյան կուրատորական պրակտիկայի հետ համագործակցությամբ։

Ցոլակ Թոփչյանը ծնվել է 1981 թվականին Գյումրիում։ Ավարտել է Հայաստանի գեղարվեստի պետական ակադեմիայի Գյումրու մասնաճյուղը։ Նա ունեցել է մի շարք անհատական ցուցահանդեսներ Նյու Յորքում (2023), Բրազիլիայում (2022), Մինսկում (2018) և Վիեննայում (2004)։ Թոփչյանի աշխատանքները պահվում են մասնավոր և հանրային հավաքածուներում՝ Հայաստանում, Ավստրիայում, Ֆրանսիայում, Գերմանիայում, ԱՄՆ-ում և Հարավային Կորեայում։ Արվեստագետը ներկայումս ապրում և աշխատում է Բեռլինում։
Ցուցահանդեսի կոնցեպտը․
Անկայուն կյանքի գրաֆիկան
Անկախացումից ի վեր մեր կյանքն ակոսած ցնցումները փոխում են ժամանակի զգացումը։ Քո աշխարհի մոտալուտ սասանման վտանգը քեզ դնում է տագնապներով լի, անհամբեր հապճեպության մի ռեժիմի մեջ, ուր կենտրոնանալու, երկար մտածելու, նուրբ մոտենալու ժամանակ չկա։
Ցոլակ Թոփչյանի աշխատանքը ելնում է մշտատև անկայունության, ցնցումի այս զգացումները փարատելու կարիքից։ Կայունության՝ խելագարության հասցնող կարիքն այստեղ վերածվում է հետևողական, հավասար ռիթմի, որ ժամանակի չափում է ավելացնում արվեստի գործի մակերեսին։ Շարքով, իրարից նույն հեռավորությամբ արված թանաքի նուրբ ու նույնաձև հետքերը պարզապես պատկեր չեն, այլ նորմալության կրկնվող այն ռիթմը, որ նկարիչը ցավեցնող հետևողականությամբ փորձում է պահել մակերեսին։ Սրանից մարդկային ձեռքի՝ հաճախ աննկատ շեղումներն ավելի են սրում կարգը պահելու՝ անկայուն իրականությունից ծնված սևեռման զգացումը։
Ներկայացված երեք շարքերում գրաֆիկական գիծը ձգվում է ժամանակի մեջ՝ մակերեսին ստեղծելով կրկնաձև կառուցվածքներ, դրանք դնելով շերտավոր շարժման մեջ կամ հետազոտելով իր կայուն կառուցվածքն ունեցող կտորի հյուսվածքը։ Նկարիչն այսպես բազմապատկում է իր աշխատանքի մակերեսը՝ դրա վրա թողած հետքը վերածելով կյանքի անկայունությունը դարմանող ռիթմի։

The Graphic Art of Unstable Life
On November 4, at 17:00, the Boyajian Gallery of the State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia will host the opening of Tsolak Topchyan’s exhibition “The Graphic Art of Unstable Life” which will run until November 28.
With this exhibition, the Boyajian Gallery launches its new series titled “Academy Alumni”.
The exhibition is organized in collaboration with Atamian Hovsepian Curatorial Practice. We would like to thank the Yerevan Champagne Wine Factory and Hakobyan Consulting for their support.

Tsolak Topchyan was born in 1981 in Gyumri, Armenia. He graduated from the Gyumri branch of the State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia. He had several solo exhibitions in New York City (2023), Brazil (2022), Minsk (2018) and in Vienna (2004). Topchyan's works are in private and public collections in Armenia, Austria, France, Germany, USA, and South Korea. The artist is currently based in Berlin.
The concept of the exhibition:
The Graphic Art of Unstable Life
Since the independence of Armenia, the shocks that have shaped our lives have altered our sense of time as well. The constant threat of disruption puts one in a state of anxieties and impatient haste, where there is no time to focus, think deeply, or approach things delicately.
Tsolak Topchyan’s work arises from the need to dispel these feelings of constant instability and shock. The longing of stability, which can itself verge on madness, transforms here into a consistent, even rhythm that adds a measure of time on the surface of the work. The delicate, uniform traces of ink made in succession at equal distances are not merely images but the repeated rhythm of normality that the artist strives to maintain on the surface with painful perseverance. The often unnoticed deviations of the human hand intensify the sense of obsession born from unstable reality, reflecting the struggle to preserve order.
In the three series presented, the graphical line stretches through time, creating repetitive structures on the surface, positioning them in layered movement or exploring the stable structure of the woven texture of the fabric. In this way, the artist multiplies the surface of his work, transforming the trace he leaves behind into a rhythm that heals the instability of life.
