Winter 2026 Themes - Transmutation. Devotion. Healing. Wheel of Life (Cycles of Birth & Death)
About this Event

“I pause, so your voice may fill the space I thought was my own.

In that space between the words,

Stars appear and a river begins to move.

Not yours, not mine, but ours,

Flowing through the unseen corridors of breath.

And the world, ancient and alive, leans closer to listen.”

The Listening Circle

Winter 2026 Theme: Transmutation. Devotion. Healing. Wheel of Life (Cycles of Birth & Death)

The Listening Circle, founded in 2023, is an intentional gathering of local and international artists devoted to deep listening through poetry, story telling, and song. After more than 40 successful circles in last 2 years, holding a multitude of diverse voices, the Winter 2026 is guided by the themes of Transmutation, Devotion, Healing, and the Wheel of Life (Cycles of Birth and Death.)

Each gathering is held as a safe sacred container, a conscious practice space rooted in listening without interpretation or projection.

TLC Codes & Agreements

To ensure the integrity and sanctity of the container and community, the following codes are the pillars of the Listening Circle:

1. No discriminatory, hateful or harmful speech towards a specific person, gender, gender identity, group or organization.

2. No abusive, profane or swear language

3. We listen without unsolicited advice, instruction or feedback during or after a sharing

4. This is a listening space for the voice of the soul, and not a forum for political debate, teaching or belief-sharing.

5. Photography and brief video recordings may take place to document the Listening Circle and its living essence for its social media and website. TLC retains the right to all its photography and media content.

~*~

Additional Note: To honor the integrity of the space, part of the facilitator accountability is to ensure gently that the codes and principles are followed through and intervene if these codes are not honored.

Participants Speak:

“The Listening Circle is a beautiful, powerful and deeply healing space. Syra’s facilitation and poetry carry a quiet strength that creates real ripple effects. I felt welcomed, and genuinely moved by the care and the heART that is woven into the circle. Thank you!“

~ Nita B.

“My experience with the Listening Circle has been quite an expansive process. Syra as a facilitator is just amazing with her sense of being while holding space for the group. She made it such a safe environment for me to explore and access parts of me that I didn't think I could. This experience of beauty and grace, I will take with me in my growth journey.

~ Valery D.

“The Listening Circle led by Syra had been absolutely life changing. The space is incredibly welcoming, unconditionally accepting and utterly up lifting. It has been a privilege to participate in the circle and meet all the wonderful humans who have attended. I have grown immensely as a person and as an artist. ~ Stefania R.
