~Full Moon Magic~ Sound Bath
Join us as we gather together for our first full moon in 2025! Let's tap in to the waxing moon energy--a time for expansion, creation, celebration, and connection!
The first 12 days of January are a very powerful time to work with the year of 2025, as each day (1-12) corresponds with each month of the year (January-December). This wisdom comes from our teacher and yoga instructor, Leana Randol in her Divine Spiritual Wisdom classes and from the teachings of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry.
After the sound bath gathering, there will; be a little time to share experiences. This is a wonderful time to journal or write down new ideas and connect with everyone.
~featuring Empyrean crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and binaural crystal sets for alpha, gamma, and theta beats.
To relax on purpose is to reach a deeper level of healing. Tune in to the sound of the crystal bowls as they awaken the crystalline structure of our bones and the most crystalline structure of our bodies--the pineal gland. When we hear notes at random, we awaken the occipital region of our brains. Activating alpha and theta states can bring clarity, insights, Eureka moments, and a greater level of healing. Sound is an ancient form of healing that transforms us on all levels--physically, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Sound Bath begins at 4:45.

What to bring: water bottle, journal, pen and you may want to bring your own mat, pillow or blanket, though I do have some available for RSVP'd guests. Space is limited.
