A Date Night with Yourself (or you +1) for Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
This 90-minute self-nurturing event includes:
♥️self-love with HOT STONES placed on the heart center
♥️“heart opening” RESTORATIVE YOGA practice for releasing and receiving with the use of props (bring a mat and blanket)
♥️immersive “heart chakra” soothing VIBRATIONAL SOUNDS produced by therapeutic healing instruments while resting in savasana
♥️finishing with a gentle re-entry time to JOURNAL and enjoy some light SNACKS accompanied by some soul NOURISHING HERBAL TEA for your dosa
30 minutes of resting poses through yoga
30 minutes of vibrational sound immersion
30 minutes for re-entry w/ cookies & teas
