Join Tiffany for Full Moon Groove, Slow Flow, & Somatic Release – a 90-minute transformative experience combining gentle, dance-inspired movement, a slow yoga flow with moon salutations, and a guided somatic release.
The somatic release is a specially designed sequence of movements and shapes to help your body release (or shake out) tension, trauma, and stress.
Tiffany is a Groove and yoga facilitator, mental health therapist, and healer—this trauma-informed class will thoughtfully explore themes of self-healing and letting-go.
