Every Thursday at Howard Park, enjoy Spreading Joy With Carlitos!, a high-energy, upbeat, Zumba® class to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and have a great time that will leave you feeling energized. Make sure to bring a towel and a full water bottle.Rehydrating throughout the class is very important. Wear something breathable and moveable. Classes are indoors at Howard Park, but we just added 2 months of outdoor sessions at Seitz Park.
