Family, Food, and Feelings: Navigating Holiday Mental Health

As the holiday season approaches, join us for a timely conversation about maintaining mental wellness during what can be both a joyful and challenging time of year.

In this session, we'll explore:

• Managing complex family dynamics during holiday gatherings
• Coping with seasonal depression and anxiety
• Understanding the emotional connections between food, tradition, and mental health
• Creating new, healthier holiday traditions that honor your wellbeing

NEW: Youth Session Available! For the first time, we're offering a separate simultaneous session designed specifically for children ages 8-16. While adults engage in their discussion, young people will have their own age-appropriate space to explore holiday stress, family dynamics, and emotional wellness with trained facilitators.

Whether you're dreading the holidays or looking forward to them, this session will provide practical tools and supportive community to help you navigate the season with greater ease and authenticity.

All are welcome. Please RSVP and indicate if you'll be bringing a young person for the youth session.
