This class (about 55min) combines medium-to-high intensity intervals of Zumba dance fitness - a foot stomping, hips shaking, heart pumping, sweat promoting, calorie burning, toxin releasing, energy inducing party on the dance floor.
Monday nights 8pm at Twist Dance Academy in Maple, ON. Must contact me to save your spot - space is limited.
$20 - single class
