ZUMBA®.....Dancing, shaking, smiling and having so much fun!That is ZUMBA® that we are talking about. Waking up women’s energy by moving and shaking our hips. Having so much fun, dancing your heart out and you don’t even realize you are doing a real cardio workout making your heart stronger and burning so many calories. Everybody leaves ZUMBA® with smile on their lips.
What exactly is ZUMBA®.
A Fitness format that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. ZUMBA® routines incorporate interval training - alternating between fast and slow rhythms which benefit the cardiovascular system. You can look forward to Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Cumbia, Chacha, Bachata, Hip hop rhythms.
Join ZUMBA® classes on Thursdays at 7pm, Sundays 10am in person in Emphico or virtually.
