Zumba & Barre Class

Join us for a fun combo class of Zumba & Barre! Please arrive at 1pm so we can get checked in and ready to go. Starting at 1:15, we will get right into our 30-minute Zumba, taught by the amazing Veronica. Then, we'll transition into a 30-minute Barre class taught by Sabrina & Tracy. We will start with a cardio dance class and then move into a barre-free all-standing workout. Both are suitable for beginners and all levels and highly accessible as there will be no floorwork involved. For $10, you get two workouts in one hour. This combo is a bit of a sampler, so you can try new things or pair two of your fave fitness classes in one! Just bring your water, wear tennis shoes, and come ready to have fun. Everybody will leave with a mini swag bag!

You choose whether you pay ahead or at the door. Either way, please sign up through Eventbrite so we can get your name down on the list. We have a limited amount of space, so we ask that you please sign up ahead of time. Prefer to pay ahead, choose the "Pay Ahead" option at checkout. Prefer to pay in cash? Choose the "Pay at the door" option. Please note that at the door, we will only be taking cash and will not be able to accept any other forms of payment.

Please utilize the following two links to read important liability waiver forms: (1) The Self Center, LLC Barre Class & Event Liability Form ("Barre Liability Waiver") and (2) the Zumba Agreement of Release, Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability ("Zumba Liability Waiver"). To complete your registration for this event, you will be required to acknowledge, through a check box option, that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions of these two liability waiver forms.
