Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Soundbath

As we explore this beautiful heart opening plant medicine we will learn about its history and its healing properties. Cacao is packed with vitamins, minerals and nutrients that positively affect the body and mind. The nervous system responds to these benefits, revealing for us a calm, clear mind, and an open heart.

During the ceremony we will connect to the Spirit of Cacao... with reverence for all she can offer us. We will open to our Highest Self and set intentions for the ceremony. We’ll move through the ceremony with intentional breathing and guided meditation. There will be options for journaling and pulling oracle cards so as to connect further to our intuition. We will anchor ourselves in the present moment bringing our intentions into our heart.

We will take time to release limiting thoughts and beliefs, and let go of unserving patterns in thoughts and behaviors. When we can release this negative energy, we can then shift our focus and transmute energy. We can then be vessels of the Positive...which expresses as our heart’s desire, true purpose, and the energy we wish to embody as we move through life.

Along with your mat, please bring a journal and your favorite mug from which to enjoy Cacao. A relaxation soundbath will facilitate the integration of this sacred ceremony.
