Breugem invites you to relax over dinner and drinks. Their own brewery serves delicious beers (yes, alcohol-free options too!) and their restaurant is ready to fuel you for the dance floor. A smooth floor, cozy atmosphere and amazing sound system will make sure we enjoy every beat!

The mission of Soulzouk is to provide a techniques for dancers to connect deeply with themselves, their partners, and the music through the art of dance. It aims to promote and celebrate the expressive and emotional aspects of dance, creating a space for dancers to explore their creativity and personal style. Soulzouk strives to foster a strong sense of connection and communication between dancers, emphasizing the importance of trust, mutual understanding, and collaboration. It encourages dancers to develop their ability to lead and follow, allowing for improvisation and co-creation on the dance floor.
SoulZouk has a unique approach to head movements: the supported head moves, found in no other zouk style. Known for their comfort and deeply relaxing flow, these head moves create a magical experience of connection. In this workshop, leaders will discover how to guide them with confidence and ease, while followers will explore the beautiful balance of trust, control, and surrender.
About the dance teachers:
Michel has his background in breakdance. He has learned a lot about bio-mechanics, balance, creativity and energy consumption. Michel has been trained in different Zouk styles. SoulZouk (by Claudio Silva) & Neo-Zouk (by Ruanita Santos) being his two most favorite styles, which also combine well together.
Michel started teaching SoulZouk in Amsterdam in 2019, together with his dance partner Lera.
