Bienvenue au Café TDAH d'Amsterdam !

Que vous soyez concerné(e) par le TDAH (ADHD) ou l'AuDHD (Autisme & ADHD), que vous ayez un diagnostic ou non, ou que vous soyez un proche d’une personne concernée (parent, conjoint, …), le Café TDAH est un lieu d’accueil et de partage en français.

Je suis Yann Ghisalberti, coach TDAH certifié, et je vous invite à nous rejoindre pour le lancement de ce nouvel événement mensuel !

C'est l'occasion d'échanger dans un espace chaleureux et bienveillant, où vous vous sentirez compris et libre de tout jugement, et de rencontrer d'autres francophones qui vivent des situations similaires à la vôtre.

Le Thème : Mieux gérer le stress avec le TDAH

Pour notre première rencontre, le thème est "L'impact du TDAH sur le stress, l'anxiété et le burnout".

Le programme inclut une discussion de groupe animée par un coach TDAH, suivie d'une présentation sur la sophrologie pour offrir des outils concrets de gestion du stress.

Je serai accompagné de Delphine Ricciuti, une sophrologue certifiée qui partagera ses connaissances pour vous aider à mieux gérer ces défis au quotidien.

Welcome to the ADHD-café in Amsterdam!

Whether you have ADHD or AuDHD (Autism & ADHD), are diagnosed or not, or are a loved one of someone who is, the ADHD-café is a welcoming space for sharing and support in French.

I'm Yann Ghisalberti, a certified ADHD coach, and I invite you to join us for the launch of this new monthly event!

It's an opportunity to connect in a warm and non-judgmental environment, where you'll feel understood and free to share, and to meet other French speakers with similar experiences.

The Theme: Better Stress Management with ADHD

For our first meeting, the theme is "The impact of ADHD on stress, anxiety, and burnout".

The program includes a group discussion led by an ADHD coach, followed by a presentation on sophrology to provide practical tools for stress management.
