Start your morning with movement, recovery, and community at DICK’s House of Sport Miami on SUNDAY, March 22nd from 9:00–10:00 AM in partnership with ZIDE Training. This energizing experience will feature a 50-minute Pilates class led by ZIDE’s expert trainers, designed to build core strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall athletic performance.

After the class, guests are invited to stay for a post-workout social hour featuring:

    •    Recovery experiences 🧬
