Pilates & Reset by Biohack-it

Biohack-it's Pilates & Reset is a community Pilates class at Libre Studio in Miami centered on nervous system support through breathwork and grounding. Your ticket includes a guided Pilates session led by Brooke Esposito, curated wellness goodies, and time to connect with the Biohack-it community.

This event gives back. We're proud to be partnering with Mia's Miracle Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing support to children facing life-altering medical diagnoses. 10% of all proceeds will be donated directly to their mission.

The studio will be set with red light panels — shown to reduce inflammation, support cellular recovery, boost collagen production, and calm the nervous system. It's the ultimate reset from the inside out.

Plus, every attendee will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of two facials at Sana Skin Studio. Two lucky winners will be drawn at the event!
