Zest Singles is a club offering relaxed social events for singles over 50 in Exeter and the surrounding areas.

Everything is designed to feel easy and natural — a chance to meet new people, enjoy good conversation, and spend time in pleasant company, without pressure.

Membership is £25 per month and includes unlimited access to events, along with priority booking. You can cancel at any time.

When: Saturday, 23rd May at 11am

Where: Meet at the front of the Cathedral, by the main entrance door.

Members: £15

Non-members: £30 + Eventbrite booking fee

Food and drinks payable on the day

This event is open to singles over 50.

Non-members are very welcome to come along and try a Zest Singles event before deciding whether membership is right for them.

About the day
Join us for a special Zest Singles experience, beginning with a private guided tour of Exeter Cathedral’s rooftops, followed by a relaxed lunch at Cote Brasserie.

This exclusive rooftop tour offers a rare opportunity to see Exeter from a completely different perspective.

You’ll be welcomed on arrival before being guided through the Cathedral’s hidden spaces, including the Nave, South Tower, Lead Roof, and Ringing Chamber, with far-reaching views across the city.

The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and is followed by a relaxed lunch at Cote Brasserie (table booked for 1pm).

A lovely blend of fresh air, discovery, and good company.

If you have a heart complaint or breathing difficulties, or have a phobia or dislike associated with confined spaces, darkness, heights or flying birds, this tour may not be suitable for you.

Suitable clothing and flat-heeled shoes must be worn. There are many old, narrow, winding steps, and conditions may be dusty in places.
