Disliked by motorists, feared by cyclists and shunned by pedestrians.

Devon Council has almost £90k towards improving it. This comes from a Section 106 Agreement from the Exmouth Junction housing development (near Morrisons) includes £63,750 for E4 and £25,000 for Traffic Regulation Orders: £88,750 in total.

It also has a plan as part of the E4 cycleway stage 4 plans.

Join us for one hour of cycle protest to highlight the Council’s inaction in bringing forward safety improvements.
