Have you ever dreamed of having a public facing studio space where the community could come discover, collect, and support your art? Where you can invite your friends, family, and collectors? We’re excited to announce that Zero Empty Spaces (working artist studios) is opening a new location at the Promenade at Coconut Creek, marking our first studio space in Broward County west of I-95! This is a fantastic opportunity for artists seeking affordable studio space in a vibrant, creative community where they can create and collaborate outside of their homes! Artists interested in securing a studio are encouraged to apply on our website before November 2nd, as spaces will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this exciting new location!Having opened 31 of these spaces in the last 5 years & supporting over 650 artists in the process since opening on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale in 2019, we are excited to open our first location in the western suburbs of Broward County ! Our spaces provide great opportunities for artists to create, collaborate, and sell affordably outside of their homes with 0% commission, and for the community to discover, engage, and support the arts. Zero Empty Spaces locations serve as creative placemaking hubs for artist talks, potlucks, open studio events, non-profit fundraisers, and so much more!
Interested artists & creatives are invited to join for a preview Saturday afternoon 11/2 from 2-3PM while we host an open house & information session with Zero Empty Spaces Co-Founders Evan Snow & Andrew Martineau who will be present on site to discuss the program further.
