🔥 Powerful Yoga: Flow through a vinyasa yoga class, ending in a deeply relaxing sound bath guided by Jenny & Salena.
❄️ Cold Plunge Challenge: Boost your energy and recovery with an outdoor ice bath session. With expert guidance, breath-work & music to empower you, you’ll feel supported and empowered to embrace the chill!

Flow of the Day:
11am - Yoga Class in the Sun begins & ends with Savasana Sound Bath

12:30pm- Cold Plunge Sessions begin
*Everyone gets a chance in the cold plunge. Each person usually makes it to 2 minutes in the ice bath.
