Tampa Bay Freestyle Summer Series Part 2 is set to captivate the Tampa Bay area, featuring some of the most iconic figures in freestyle music performing live:

CHRISSY I-EECE is a vibrant voice from the golden era of Latin freestyle music. Born Christine Peña in Brooklyn and raised in the Bronx, she burst onto the scene in 1988 with her hit "Love Desire” and followed it up with fan favorite "You Should Know By Now", which featured vocals by Marc Anthony and production by Little Louie Vega. Chrissy’s style blends emotional vocals with infectious dance beats, later expanding into salsa with her album Sangre Nueva Pa' La Calle, produced by Luis Perico Ortiz. Chrissy didn’t stop there—she’s also worked in R&B and Latin fusion, collaborating with producers such as Sergio George, as well as cohosting The Freddy Lopez Show.

GIGGLES is a pioneering voice in the freestyle music scene, especially during the late '80s and early '90s. Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, she captured hearts with her emotive vocals and dance floor-ready beats. Her debut single, “Love Letter”, became a defining track of the genre, followed by hits like “Hot Spot” and “What Goes Around Comes Around”, the latter becoming a Billboard Top 40 radio success. Giggles is admired not just for her music but for the heartfelt connection with her fans. Giggles’ songs often felt like personal messages and Love Letters, wrapped in synths and rhythm.

WIL NMORE is a name that resonates with fans of classic freestyle dance music. Known for his contributions to the genre’s golden era, while remaining active in the scene, keeping that signature alive. “&More” gave you hit records such as “You’ll Never Find Another Love”, “Materialistic Girl”, “My Heart Is on Fire” and many more, which will transport you back to the vibrant ‘80s, reviving the thrill of your teenage years.

AIKI is a new school artist who gained major recognition for her 2019 hit record "You Never Did Me Right”. AIKI’s “Summer Nights” featuring Tito Puente, Jr. will get you on your feet dancing to a fresh freestyle beat. AIKI has also graced us with another hit song “This Is My Jam” which brings the electric freestyle energy in more ways than one.

LUIS MARTE is a dynamic producer, songwriter, author and artist, best known for his signature pop freestyle sound—a bold blend of classic freestyle rhythms and modern pop. Recognized as a driving force in the new school freestyle movement, Luis has become a go-to collaborator for emerging male and female artists looking to craft fresh, radio-ready hits with emotional depth and rhythmic flair.

Luis’ talents have also drawn the attention of freestyle legends such as TKA/K7, Aby Cruz, Brenda K. Starr, Andy Panda, Tony Moran and Carlos Berrios, who seek out his ear for innovative production and contemporary edge to help evolve their timeless sound. Whether Luis is writing heartfelt hooks, producing freestyle hits, or mentoring the next wave of freestyle talent, Luis continues to push the genre forward, keeping its soul alive while redefining its future. Driven by passion, legacy, and love for the music that raised him, Luis Marte is not just keeping freestyle alive—he’s making it unforgettable.
