Step into a space of deep presence and restoration. This 75 minute group journey weaves together breath, sound, gentle acupuncture (1–2 points), and meditation to support your body, mind, and energy.Whether you're seeking stillness, clarity, or energetic renewal — this experience will meet you where you are.
Mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and any comfort items.
6pm-7:15pm
✨ Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in — doors will close promptly at 6PM for an uninterrupted experience.
