Welcome to Zen on the Greenway!

Join Maria Murphy, LMHC - Licensed Psychotherapist, and Lurane Worth to explore the Greenway with this walking workshop while you learn simple mindfulness, stress management and meditation skills.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and carry your reusable water bottle. Consider applying sun and insect protection.

Meet in the parking lot by Pirate Playground.
