Zen principles and the Chinese medicine system underpins this work and these workshops are based on the seasons and bringing ourselves into alignment with this universal energy to be in optimum health throughout the year.
We will be working with the season of winter so this session we will be focusing on releasing stuck energy and restoring flow, focusing on the kidney and bladder organs and their associated meridian energy lines.
We will also be working with our voices with a practice called Taoist sound healing- transforming the negative emotion cycle to the positive emotion creation cycle through the alchemy of the five elements.
As always there will be the opportunity also to lie back and bathe in the harmonic sounds and really switch on the dopamine production.
