A journey of stability, nourishment & inner harmony
Join us as we align body and mind with the rhythms of Late Summer – the season of the Earth Element, governed by the Spleen & Stomach in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Through Zen Yoga, mindful movement, breathwork & meditation, we’ll cultivate a deep sense of balance, digestion (of food and life), and emotional stability.
This class is suitable for all experience and abilities. Many people who come to zen yoga here had never done yoga ever before. They are now returning each season.
