A workshop blending Zen yoga and intuitive art to explore letting go, inner stillness, and seasonal change. Bought to you by talented local artists Milena and Bee and Dawn.
Zero experience of yoga and art are needed.
This workshop weaves together the wisdom of autumn — a time of release, reflection, and turning inward — with Zen yoga and subconscious mark making. Participants will move gently through seasonal postures, breathwork, and meditation, before transitioning into a quiet, introspective art session where they explore non-directed, intuitive mark-making as a form of embodied self-expression.
Expect also herbal teas and nourishing connections as standard.
