Celebrate the beauty of spring at Zehnder’s beloved Spring Tea on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Gather with friends and family for a charming morning filled with delightful flavors, fragrant teas, and meaningful conversation.Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared brunch paired with a selection of delicious teas, all served in the elegant setting of Zehnder’s Main Dining Room. It’s the perfect way to welcome the season — surrounded by blooming inspiration, warm hospitality, and timeless tradition.
As a special keepsake, each guest will take home a beautiful “Tea for One” set to remember the occasion.
Seating begins at 10:00 a.m.
Brunch is served at 10:30 a.m.

Banana Dark Chocolate Muffin
Roasted Tomato, Basil and Balsamic Crostini
Spring Pea and Mint Soup
Creamy Spring Peas with Shallot, Leek, and Fresh Mint. Pureed smooth and topped with Pea Tendril and Garlic Crouton.
Spring Vegetable and Pancetta Tart
Puff Pastry Tart with Mascarpone, Crispy Pancetta, Asparagus, Leeks, Carrots, Fresh Herbs and Gruyere Cheese topped with a Lemon Thyme Bechamel.
Massaged Kale Salad
Salt Massed Kale with Parmesan Cheese, toasted Pine Nuts, Sundried Tomato topped with a Lemon Tahini Dressing.
Strawberry and Basil Honey Tart
Honey and Vanilla Creme with Fresh Strawberries in a Tart Shell with Purple Basil Micro Garnish.
